Happy 1st of November

Today started out rainy, and we were glad to be warm and dry in bed. We have been trying to figure out what to do with ourselves after Kim leaves since we are left with about 2+ weeks of extra time we were expecting to be using in Venezuela. Today was frustrating for a while because of it, and because after the clouds burned off it was HOT and muggy, and Sunday, so the streets were empty and it just felt like our indecisiveness was hanging in the air. But, hinging on a few things out of our control, we may have figured it out.....but still unsure. Also, we realized our visas expire the day after Kim leaves, so her last day we will have to be dealing with that. Again, because we thought we would be out of the country and not having to deal with the extension. Oh well, tomorrow we are heading back out to Playa Blanca for a few more days of total vacation relaxation. We will return to Cartagena on Wednesday afternoon and then head back to Santa Marta Thursday to spend the night, and hang out in Santa Marta Friday during the day, and then see Kim off on her flight at 5. Time goes so quickly, I can hardly believe it.
